Men of the Internet, 2004

A web project which consists of a compilation of found images of the cornerstone of any good teen movie: computer nerds. 'Men of the internet' presents the idea of the computer nerd as a species of human that have had their bodies literally transformed and modified as a result of prolonged computer use. A collection of real life altered physiognomy and biological/technological modification: bigger brains, protruding craniums and enhanced eyesight with enormous glasses.

A web project about human evolution, Amphibians and Pamela Anderson 'My Favourite Babe' depicts the ultimate cybernetic and digitised body of our times: Pamela Anderson. The project explores the extremes of human evolutionary discourse and finds its starting point in the modified and digitised body of Pamela Anderson and her character of CJ Parker from the TV series Baywatch, as a surf lifesaver, mutant information amphibian and DNA of the internet.

A web project which references The Heaven's gate cult while exploring notions of 'digital evangelism' and techno-utopian rhetoric, as the ramblings of a desperate, crackpot, fanatical culture promising the new utopia.
